Well since I had just picked the truck up the week before I had to bring it in for service should say it all. Francine helped me and got me in other wise I was going to have a few more days to get the truck in. I called to get an update a day after I dropped it of and was told it was a water pump leak and they needed to locate one. 2 days later I called and they were still looking for one. Next day I went in and asked for an update and now they said they were locating a serpentine belt. I suggested maybe go to one of the 3 local auto part stores in the area to get one. Two days later (Sat) I am told the truck is done. Walking into service to get my truck and I told her my name and was told paperwork and key was at the cashier office. No review or ask if I had any questions. So you wonder why people dont like bringing their vehicles back to the dealer for service….

after four attempts to finally get the issue of hud to provide the information for mph to show up, it was due to interrogating the auto showing bad cameras needed to be replaced. Kudos to Samantha in the service department to get this done. I trust her completely as she follows through to follow up any concern and problems.
