NEWPORT, TN | 2019 GMC 1500 SierraJanuary 4, 2023I hade to bring the truck to the dealership 2 times before they would repair the transmission. when they took it to get repairs done on the vehicle it was a hassle there was no comunication between the clerk and the client what so ever. no one knew what was going on and when i finally got the truck back it had transmisson fluid buring off the engine and underneith were they replaced parts. so i had to go and clean my truck good underneith. to be a chevy dealership you would think that they would have been a litte more profesional about this. everytime i tried to get info from the dealership it was a different story on what was going on. also the rental car situation was a hassel aswell the dealer ship never called the rental place to let them know about the dealership rates so i had to pay the full amount upfront and then get rembursed a month and a half later.Response from Stinnett Chevrolet Buick
